Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18.

Employees, immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

The promotion commences on 12:01am on Tuesday 17th May 2022 and entries close on Monday 30th May 2022 at 11.59pm. (Promotion period.)

To enter, participants must place an order via the Eadie Lifestyle website (eadielifestyle.com.au), including at least one Eadie Lifestyle product valued over $50 and fill in the entry form located on the competition page: eadielifestyle.com.au/pages/eadie-lifestyle-x-the-drifters-house-giveaway 

All orders that include at least one Eadie Lifestyle product, valued over $50, placed during the competition time period and that fill in the entry form will be considered an entry. 

The winner selection will take place on Tuesday 31st May at 1140 Malvern Rd, Malvern, VIC 3144.

The winner will be picked based off their answer to the question "Why would you like to stay at The Drifters House?"

Winners will receive:

• An Eadie Lifestyle Gift Card valued at $750
• Two nights accomodation at The Drifters House between 6th June 2022 and 31st October 2022
• We'll also be selecting three runners-up who will each receive an Eadie Lifestyle Gift Card valued at $500.

The Winner must accept the prize within 1 month after being drawn as the Winner. If the Winner does not accept the prize within 1 month after being drawn as the Winner, the Promoter may reallocate the prize in accordance with the prize conditions below.

In consideration of the Promoter awarding the prize to the Winner, the Winner:

1. consents to the Promoter, without royalty or any fees, using his or her name, likeness, image, voice and entry in any marketing and promotion of the competition, the Promoter or the Promoter’s business;
2. agrees to use the prize in accordance with the supplier’s specified conditions and requirements;
3. agrees that the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash; and
4. agrees to comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm such conditions with the prize supplier or other relevant third parties

• Winners will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.

• To claim prize, winner will need to respond to Eadie Lifestyle's email via the same medium within fourteen days of email being sent.

• Unclaimed prizes to be redrawn Thursday 30 June, 2022.

• Results will be published on Eadie Lifestyle's Instagram @eadie_lifestyle on Wednesday 1st June, 2022.

• Unclaimed prizes will be drawn again and same notification terms will apply.
