When we first visited norsu Cabin, we were reminded of Walden, the memoir by Henry David Thoreau that reflects on the author's two years living in solitude in a cabin by a lake. It explores themes of simplicity and the beauty of nature, advocating for a life lived intentionally. Located on a vast forest-like property in Macedon, just an hour’s drive from Melbourne, norsu Cabin also celebrates the beauty of nature. Blending seamlessy with its surrounds, the cabin evokes feelings of peace and calm almost immediately.It's clear the design team at norsu Interiors have poured a whole lot of love into this project.
The Scandi style cabin features amazing wood beams, pitched ceilings and the finest fixtures, fittings and furniture. These luxurious touches are combined with practicality and cosiness - you get the feeling the design team have considered every moment their guests may want to experience.

BLUEGREEN SANCTUARY - NSW
As we pulled into the destination, I was immediately in awe of the beautiful surroundings. An unassuming wooden sign “Blue Green Sanctuary” guided us along the long, private dirt road, lined with Palm Trees and an abundance of tropical foliage and beautiful iron sculptures thoughtfully placed, taking us up to the main house, which couldn’t be seen from the road. As we neared closer to the main house, I thought I had arrived in heaven. I had only ever seen a property like this in pictures, or the movies.

Owner Aimee Mckechnie wanted to create somewhere really special to spend time with family and friends, away from the city and never ending to-do lists. Her goal was to have an oasis of calm that people could retreat to with the kids and chill out.
Why Gerringong? It’s the perfect beachside township - the way the lush green headlands meet the ocean is just so beautiful. Combine that with a thriving community of local caterers, craftspeople, artisans and small businesses as well as proximity to other destinations such as Berry and the Minnamurra - it just has so much to offer.
When people step inside The Shore they feel instantly relaxed, and comfortable enough to kick off their shoes and flop on the sofa - barefoot luxury.

The Cape Beach House is a stylish bed and breakfast that encompasses all the cool, relaxed, beach town vibes of Byron Bay. It is perfectly located within walking distance of the beachfront, so you can easily stroll around and soak up all the sights and sounds.

A full continental breakfast is served each morning with freshly baked muffins and homemade granola. Tea and coffee is available in each room, as well as a small fridge for guests to leave drinks and snacks.

Wildernest's tiny houses are architecturally designed and sustainably built to operate totally off grid. Just moments walk from your tiny house, you'll find yourself in the forest surrounded by 100 year old gums, spotting a mob of kangaroos and following the sound of the trickling stream to a small waterfall. You'll come home from your adventures to a hot shower, a cold drink and a kitchen well equipped cook up a storm.
After settling in by the fire pit until well into the evening, you'll eventually pile into a comfortable bed made with luxurious Eadie linen.

Eliza Lee One is a fully contained and recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment for up to 7 guests located in the heart of Jindabyne.
Jindabyne is the perfect escape at anytime of the year, with nature's playground at your door. The town is located on the edge of beautiful Lake Jindabyne and offers outdoor adventure, gourmet delights and vibrant nightlife, and in the colder months, is a great spot to stay to be close to the snow fields
Some activities include horse riding, mountain biking, bushwalking, fishing, water sports and snow skiing.
In winter months, enjoy a drink around the fire after a day on the mountain skiing or stay in bed with a cup of tea and enjoy a long bath with heated floors.

Owners Interior Designer/Stylist Simone and Builder husband Ben, wanted the SOUL of Gerringong to be a place that many can come to relax and escape the daily grind. They wanted to bring a bit of what they do so well in Byron Bay and Bali to the NSW South Coast.
They stumbled across the property on a weekend away, and after nine months of intense renovation opened the doors to the SOUL of Gerringong – a farmhouse with a newly added barn and cabana borne out of the original materials.
One year on, SOUL Cottage opened, which was a renovation of the original cottage where farmhands once stayed. The result of everything you ever want in a holiday property – from the tea and coffee facilities to the fireplace and landscaped gardens.
