Sales Account Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team and grow relationships with retailers. You will manage existing wholesale accounts and help expand our footprint into new markets. If you have a flair for relationship-building, a keen eye for sales strategy, and some marketing experience or interest, this role is perfect for you.
· Manage and nurture relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring high client satisfaction
· Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue and profit goals
· Identify new business opportunities and support business growth initiatives
· Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular updates on sales performance
· Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and inventory teams to maximise sales opportunities
· Represent Eadie Lifestyle at trade shows and industry events
· Minimum 2 years experience in sales account management (preferably in retail or lifestyle products).
· Experience with CRM systems and Inventory platforms such as Cin7
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Strong Microsoft office skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and trade events
· Interest or experience in marketing, with an ability to help craft and deliver the brand voice.

Warehouse Assistant - Casual

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our
team on a casual basis. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to work
with us during our busiest season. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a
key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.
Assisting with receiving, unpacking and checking incoming shipments;
Assisting with organising and maintaining inventory;
Picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment;
Prior experience in a warehouse or stock management preferred but not
essential;
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced environment;
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to work independently where required;
Physically able to lift and move moderately heavy objects; and
Opportunity to gain valuable experience in the warehouse and stock management industry; and a supportive and collaborative team environment.
