Creative Content Producer - Newcastle

About the role

We're looking for a talented Creative Content Producer to join our Newcastle team. This is an execution role at its core. Eadie's Founder leads the overall creative vision for the brand, and our Head of Marketing leads the day-to-day content direction. We need someone who brings that vision to life across our digital channels with speed, quality, and consistency.

You'll report directly to our Head of Marketing and work within a collaborative monthly briefing process that includes the Founder, ensuring creative direction is clear, considered, and aligned to the brand at every level.

This is a full time, onsite role based in Newcastle.

What you'll be doing

  • Producing static and video creative assets for Instagram, Facebook Pinterest and our websites, working from briefs set by the Head of Marketing
  • Shooting and editing short-form video and reels content in our onsite content studio
  • Creating ad creative variations for paid media campaigns working alongside our external agency
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints using our established brand kit
  • Managing social content scheduling across all Eadie social platforms using Later
  • Community managing Eadie’s social media channels
  • Managing and growing our Facebook community group of 1,000 members, including posting, responding, moderating, and running engagement initiatives
  • Supporting UGC coordination with our micro-influencer network
  • Contributing to content calendar planning in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
  • Assisting with product and campaign photography in our onsite studio
  • Managing access to and organisation of our visual asset library

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience producing content for a product-based or lifestyle brand
  • Strong skills in Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confident video shooting and editing ability, CapCut or Premiere Pro preferred
  • A genuine eye for aesthetics, our brand is considered, warm, and beautiful and you need to feel that instinctively
  • Understanding of what makes paid ad creative perform, hook structure, format requirements, testing variations
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools highly regarded
  • Experience managing social community groups or brand communities
  • Someone who thrives on execution and takes creative direction well
  • Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving team where initiative matters
  • Newcastle based, this role requires regular onsite presence in our studio

  • Primarily onsite in Newcastle with flexibility for some remote days
  • Reports to the Head of Marketing
  • Monthly briefing with the Founder and Head of Marketing to align on visual creative direction

Warehouse Coordinator - Newcastle

Warehouse Assistant - Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our
team on a full time basis. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a
key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with receiving, unpacking and checking incoming shipments;

Assisting with organising and maintaining inventory;

Picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment;

About You

Prior experience in a warehouse or stock management preferred but not
essential;

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced environment;

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;

Strong communication skills;

Ability to work independently where required;

Physically able to lift and move moderately heavy objects; and

Entry level role with all on the job training provided;

Opportunity to gain valuable experience in the warehouse and stock management industry; and a supportive and collaborative team environment.
