Product Registration


We believe in what we do, it's our passion! As a result, we proudly stand by the quality of our products. Fill in the details below and we will guarantee your product for 3 years, against any faults that may occur to it as a result of domestic, day to day use.

Please note: Product guarantee excludes our clothing collection.


  • Registration of purchase must be made within 14-days of the purchase date. Any Purchase registered after 14 days will not qualify for this offer.
  • All fields must be completed in order to comply for a Product Guarantee.
  • Original Proof of purchase in the form of a valid store receipt from where the original purchase was made, must accompany a request for replacement. Inability to provide this proof may cause the Product Guarantee, at Managements discretion, to be deemed void.
  • Any items found to be defective (excluding any cushion insert) will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the Warranty period, providing the design is still within the current product range. Should the product no longer be available, a suitable equivalent replacement item will be supplied to the same value as the original purchase price for that particular item.
  • Guarantee claims will not be accepted for general wear and tear or misuse of the product including, but not limited to, fading due to direct sunlight, damage sustained due to moving or relocating, soiling of fabric
  • Washing instructions as per label on the product, must have been followed.
  • This guarantee does not cover Eadie Lifestyle products used for Commercial Purposes including home staging and hiring services.
  • Eadie Lifestyle will replace item free of charge, following lab testing proving that washing instructions were followed and damage is a result of product fault, and not the result of misuse or commercial use.
  • All postage fees incurred will be at the Owners expense.
