Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 10 days from the delivery date to submit a return request for eligible products (including pre-orders).

Please note: Change-of-mind returns are not available during peak sale periods, including for reasons such as size, colour, or fabric choice.

How to Return an Item

  • Submit a Return Form within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Once approved, please ensure the item arrives at our warehouse within 7 days.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for refunds and exchanges.
  • For exchanges on full-priced items, we’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement order (one time only).

Please Note: Archive Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited unless faulty.

If you purchased your item through one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange your return.

Full-Priced Items

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
  • Have a Return Form submitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Be purchased outside of a peak sale period.

If these conditions are met, you can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit.

 Shipping for Returns

  • Australian Customers: We will cover the initial shipping fee for your exchange on participating full-priced item only. All shipping fees associated with any additional exchanges and/or credits for that order will be at the customer’s expense. 
  • International Customers: If you are returning an order from outside Australia, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing once your order reaches our warehouse.

Gift with Purchase Items

For change-of-mind returns, all “Gift with Purchase” items must be returned in their original condition along with the original purchase returned. Failing to return your “Gift with Purchase” will incur a processing fee being the RRP of the gift.

Faulty Items

We take pride in our exceptional quality. However, if you receive an item you believe to be faulty, please email our Customer Care Team at customercare@eadielifestyle.com.au

Faulty products:

  • Can be exchanged or refunded upon inspection – you may be asked to provide photo ID, images and or videos of the faulty product.

  • Must be inspected to clearly identify the fault before a resolution is provided

If your return is approved, we will process a refund via your original payment method.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing once your order reaches our warehouse.

Three-Year Product Guarantee 

We proudly stand by the quality of our products and offer a three (3) year product guarantee on home products against any faults resulting from everyday domestic use only. Simply complete the product guarantee form to register your product/s.
