If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things as easy as possible! Just select which option best suits you. You can choose to return your Eadie purchase for an Instant Refund with our returns partner Refundid or via our Standard Return Request Form.

SALE ITEMS AND ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. ONLY FULL PRICED ITEMS OR FAULTY ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE  FOR A RETURN.

When can an item be returned?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (including pre-orders). To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition they were received, including in the original packaging and/or tags still attached.

We offer Refunds, Exchanges and Credit Notes via our standard Return Form and Instant Refunds via Refundid. Details for each process is outlined below.

Standard Refunds

If you are refunding your item, you will be responsible for the freight costs.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Your item must be returned with tags in as new condition.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the same payment method used.

Exchanges

Please complete and submit a Return Request Form by clicking here.

Australian Customers
If you are returning an item for store credit and are based in Australia, we will cover the return freight costs and will provide a pre-paid return slip upon receiving your request. For any subsequent exchanges, the freight cost is covered by the customer.

International Customers
If you are exchanging your order and are based outside Australia, you will be responsible for the freight costs.

Store Credit

Please complete and submit a Return Request Form by clicking here.

We offer store credit with 10% added to the total value of the product/s being returned. Store credits have no expiry dates and can be used online or at our Newcastle Showroom.

Australian Customers
If you are returning an item for store credit and are based in Australia, we will cover the return freight costs and will provide a pre-paid return slip upon receiving your request.

International Customers
If you are requesting store credit and are based outside Australia, you will be responsible for the freight costs.
