Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 10 days from the delivery date to submit a return request for eligible products (including pre-orders).
Please note: Change-of-mind returns are not available during peak sale periods, including for reasons such as size, colour, or fabric choice.
How to Return an Item
Please Note: Archive Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited unless faulty.
If you purchased your item through one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange your return.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing once your order reaches our warehouse.
Gift with Purchase Items
For change-of-mind returns, all “Gift with Purchase” items must be returned in their original condition along with the original purchase returned. Failing to return your “Gift with Purchase” will incur a processing fee being the RRP of the gift.
Faulty Items
We take pride in our exceptional quality. However, if you receive an item you believe to be faulty, please email our Customer Care Team at customercare@eadielifestyle.com.au
Faulty products:
Can be exchanged or refunded upon inspection – you may be asked to provide photo ID, images and or videos of the faulty product.
Must be inspected to clearly identify the fault before a resolution is provided
If your return is approved, we will process a refund via your original payment method.

Three-Year Product Guarantee
We proudly stand by the quality of our products and offer a three (3) year product guarantee on home products against any faults resulting from everyday domestic use only. Simply complete the product guarantee form to register your product/s.
