If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things as easy as possible! Just select which option best suits you below. You can choose to return your Eadie purchase for an Instant Refund with our returns partner Refundid, or you can go directly through our standard refund/exchanges option.

ONLY FULL PRICED ITEMS OR FAULTY ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED/REFUNDED.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (including pre-orders). To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition they were received, including in the original packaging and/or tags still attached.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer Standard Refunds, Exchanges and Instant Refunds via Refundid.

If you are exchanging your order and are based in Australia, we will cover the return freight costs for the initial exchange. For any subsequent exchanges, the freight cost is covered by the customer.

Standard Refunds/Exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Your item must be returned with tags in as new condition.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the same payment method used.

Credit Notes

Please note credit notes are valid for strictly 30 days. If stock is not returned to us within 30 days of receipt, the credit note will expire and the items will not be accepted for return.

Australian Customers

If you are exchanging your order and are based in Australia, we will cover the return freight costs for the initial exchange. For any subsequent exchanges, the freight cost is covered by the customer. If you are refunding your item, you will be responsible for the freight costs.

International Customers

If you are exchanging or refunding your order and are based outside Australia, you will be responsible for the freight costs.
