“Win a Mexiterranean Escape” Promotion

1. Promoter: The promoter is TEC Trading Pty Ltd trading as Eadie Lifestyle Pty Ltd (ABN 69167751966) located at Unit 2, 42 Riverside Drive, Mayfield West NSW 2304

2. Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday, 10 September 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday, 12 October 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

 3. Eligibility:

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months’ validity from the date of travel.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its associated retailers and agencies are ineligible to enter.
• Entry is subject to applicable laws and trade regulations in Australia.

4. How to Enter: To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotional Period:

• Make a participating Eadie Lifestyle purchase via www.eadielifestyle.com.au
• Each qualifying transaction equals one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted providing each entry is associated with a qualifying purchase.
• For a transaction to qualify, it must not be cancelled or refunded. Refunded or voided transactions will not be considered valid entries.
• The Prize winner must present a valid proof of purchase for all entries received during the Promotion Period to claim the prize.

5. Prize Details: The winner will receive a “Mexiterranean Escape” travel package for two (2) adults, with the winner’s choice of destination: Mexico City, Athens, or Rome.

The prize includes:

• Return economy-class airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city;
• Four (4) consecutive nights’ accommodation in 4-star twin/double share (room-only unless stated);
• Return private airport–hotel transfers at the selected destination.

Bonus Prize 

If, at the time of the prize draw, the selected winner is:

• Subscribed to the Promoter’s email and SMS marketing lists, and
• Following @eadie_lifestyle on Instagram,

they will receive a Eadie Lifestyle Gift Card valued at $500.00 (valid for 36 months; standard gift card terms and conditions apply).

The Major Prize (holiday package) will be awarded regardless providing the Terms of entry are met. The Bonus Prize will only be awarded if the conditions above are met at the time of the draw.

Total Maximum Prize Pool is valued at up to AUD $8,500 (AUD $8,000 base travel prize + AUD $500 conditional bonus).

6. Prize Conditions

• Travel must be booked at least 45 days before departure and completed by 31 August 2026.
• Blackout periods apply, including Australian school holidays and public holiday peaks (e.g. Easter and ANZAC Day); exact blackout dates will be advised at the time of booking.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to confirm whether a visa is required for their chosen destination and to obtain any necessary travel documentation including passports at their own expense.
• All other expenses associated with accepting the Prize including, but not limited to, spending money, transfers to and from the original departure point are at the Winners expense. 
• Any local hotel taxes or resort fees are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid at check-in.
• Travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner and is strongly recommended.
• The winner may extend or upgrade their trip at their own cost.
• All components of the prize are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with another of equal or greater value.

7. Prize Draw

• The winner will be drawn at 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 15 October 2025, at Eadie Lifestyle Head Office, Unit 2, 42 Riverside Drive, Mayfield West NSW 2301. 
• The draw will be conducted at random using Random.org from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw and their name including initials, surname and postcode will be published on www.eadielifestyle.com.au and Eadie Lifestyle’s social media channels by Friday, 17 October 2025.

8. Unclaimed Prize: If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a second chance draw at 12:00pm AEST on Friday, 31 October 2025, at the same location. The new winner will be notified within 2 business days and published online as per clause 7.

9. Liability

• The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of entering this promotion or accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion, or any other reason.

10. Privacy

• The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including travel agencies and service providers.
• Entrants may opt out of marketing at any time; opting out after entry does not invalidate an entry already received but may affect Bonus Prize eligibility.
• Entry is conditional on providing this information. All personal data is handled in accordance with Eadie Lifestyle’s Privacy Policy, available at www.eadielifestyle.com.au.

 11. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to regulatory approval.
• Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. If any prize element is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute with a benefit of equal or higher value. The winner will not be charged any fee to receive the prize.
• By participating, entrants release Instagram and acknowledge the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Entrants provide information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
