It was a privilege to sit down with some of the talented team behind one of Sydney's leading bespoke styling services, The Property Stylist (TPS). Founded by Design Director, Kyara Larcombe, TPS specialise in luxury properties across the city's most coveted suburbs and have carved out a leading position in the highly competitive property styling market. We were eager to learn more about their journey to the top, and the secrets behind their stunning property transformations.

The Property Stylist team work on some of the finest properties in Sydney’s most sought after suburbs. Can you take us back to the beginning and what inspired you to start TPS?

It’s evident the TPS team have a meticulous and captivating eye for design. How would you describe the TPS philosophy when it comes to styling spaces?

“At TPS, we prioritise timeless design over trends, focusing on the unique architecture and style of each individual home. We avoid stocking large quantities of the same pieces, instead offering a diverse range of items. This approach allows us to tailor our designs specifically to each home, keeping the process engaging and allowing us to apply our creativity to every project.”

Our community are always looking for ideas & inspiration for their own homes. Can you share some of the key trends in home styling you’re seeing right now?

“One trend we've seen throughout most homes is the use of natural textures & materials, which are always timeless and versatile. We enjoy layering these different materials to add depth, for example through our cushions and throws. One simple tip we’d love to share is to layer multiple throws in a single look - combining both structured and relaxed styles. This adds extra warmth and a homey vibe whilst achieving that polished, interior designer touch. Eadie’s diverse throw selection makes it easy to create this look!”

“We make it a priority to work closely with each of our clients to understand their unique vision and needs.
