Returns Policy
We’re happy to assist if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window on participating products from the initial delivery date (including pre-order items). Please note that we do not cover shipping cost of any return/s associated with a refund and/or exchange on participating sale items (includes 20% & 30% off).
We will cover the initial (one (1) only) return shipping cost for your first exchange on participating full-priced items - any additional exchanges, returns or credits associated with that order will be at the buyer’s expense.

Shipping for Returns
Australian Customers
We will cover the initial shipping fee for your exchange on participating full-priced item only. All shipping fees associated with any additional exchanges and/or credits for that order will be at the customer’s expense.
International Customers
If you are returning an order from outside Australia, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return.
Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing once your order reaches our warehouse.
Gift with Purchase Items
For change-of-mind returns, all “Gift with Purchase” items must be returned in their original condition along with the original purchase returned. Failing to return your “Gift with Purchase” will incur a processing fee being the RRP of the gift.

Three-Year Product Guarantee
We proudly stand by the quality of our products and offer a three (3) year product guarantee on home products against any faults resulting from everyday domestic use only. Simply complete the product guarantee form to register your product/s.
