Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only regular price items can be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds / Exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund directly via bank transfer to your nominated bank account (BSB and Account Number required.) 

Australian Customers

If you are exchanging your order and are based in Australia, we will cover the return freight costs for the initial exchange. For any subsequent exchanges, the freight cost is covered by the customer. If you are refunding your item, you will be responsible for the freight costs.

International Customers

If you are exchanging or refunding your order and are based outside Australia, you will be responsible for the freight costs.

How To Return Your Item

To return an item to us, please email the sales team at sales@eadielifestyle.com.au for a return authorisation number, then mail it to the following address:
