Lunch is Served
We could have got carried away drinking cocktails with Florence all afternoon but clouds were beginning to form, so it was time to take our seats for lunch. The lovely team from Memory Lane Events laid out the most beautiful picnic table, dressed with our very own table cloth, napkins, Leather napkin rings and Artisan seat pads. The talented cooks from Feast Catering did not disappoint, serving an array of delicious dishes, brimming with colour and flavour.
The Fun Continues...
Our bellies and hearts were full and we could hardly believe our luck. We were expecting the garden party to be rained out but here we were, enjoying the garden festivities & cheering to the day and the year that had been. After lunch the resident sheep Bruce, Betty & Beatrice joined in with the festivities.
A perfect ending to a perfect day
The rains eventually did come down so we all moved to the veranda to continue the celebrations. It was simply lovely – we popped bottles of champagne, listened to music, shared stories, and most importantly laughed ourselves into stitches. To end what was a perfect day, we head indoors and cosied up in front of the fire. This event was a lovely reminder of the wonderful people that make up our team at Eadie and to celebrate the year like this was truly special.
